REACH REACH stands for "Resident Experts Are Convenient Help". These liaisons are typically the go to people within the unit for technical assistance such as getting a computer on to the network or helping the unit get on to the wireless network. REACH liaisons can also help with anti-virus recommendations, assign IP addresses and DNS names. Each unit should have at least two REACH contacts and one primary assigned. REACH contacts are automatically added to the REACH listserv list where important announcements are posted and allow for REACH members to communicate with eachother about various IT topics. REACH members also have access to the REACH Wiki which allows them to share information with eachother and references various REACH Tools.
