Circle Interchange Construction Project

photo of circle interchange

A four-year, $475 million renovation of the Circle Interchange — which links the Dan Ryan Expressway to the south, Eisenhower Expressway to the west, Congress Parkway to the east and Kennedy Expressway to the north — gets underway in September 2013. Construction is planned in phases to minimize the disruption to commerce and traffic. This page will provide updates on construction progress and any street, parking and travel changes that affect the UIC community. Read more about the project.
