Services for Users with Disabilities at UIC Libraries

Richard J. Daley Library
Library of the Health Sciences-Chicago

Richard J. Daley Library:

  • Automatic doors are located at the east entrance to the library.
  • Elevators are located on the west side of the building. If you enter using the east entrance automatic doors, go straight to the west side of the building and turn right (north) along the corridor. There are two elevators, the northernmost of which is wider.
  • Accessible restrooms are located on all floors.

Library of the Health Sciences-Chicago:

  • The main entrance to the library has an access ramp and automatic doors.
  • Accessible restrooms are located on the third floor of the library.
